During your visit to the University Library Basel, you will experience what it means to work in a library at various stations and by means of practical exercises. You will be accompanied and taken care of by the current apprentices. In addition, you will gain insights into various departments and workplaces that are normally not open to the public.
Any pupils interested in the three-year apprenticeship may register. Please provide your birth date and details of your current school when registering. The last day for registering is 28 August 2020, or when the maximum of 10 people has been reached. The next open day is anticipated to take place in April 2021.
