All students of human medicine and nursing sciences, and Master’s students in pharmacy, as well as all lecturers at the University of Basel’s Faculty of Medicine, are granted free access to AMBOSS under this campus licence.

Procedure for creating an account

For students of human medicine and nursing sciences, as well as Master’s students in pharmacy at the University of Basel:

• Create an account within the university network (you can also do this from home using a VPN).
• Enter your personal University of Basel email address (@stud.unibas.ch).
• Specify your field of study in your profile.
• After successfully logging in, you can use Amboss at any time outside the university network as well.
• Every few months, Amboss requires you to log into your account within the university network to re-certify it.

• If you experience problems with your account, you can either contact Amboss directly (hallo@amboss.com) or the Infodesk of the University Medical Library (info-medb@unibas.ch).

For lecturers at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Basel:
